Jr. Executive / Executive for Sales and Service

Job Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Support and execute sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and key accounts
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and reports
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve sales strategies
  • Assist in business development and promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures

Service

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and computer hardware.
  • Provide on-site, off-site, and remote customer technical support.
  • Ensure proper customer support for the installation and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, UPS, networking devices, CCTV, and related equipment.
  • Perform hardware testing, repair, and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain service documentation, inventory records, and support reports.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the RMA Manager.
  • Update & store all service documents/file manuals, installation software/user guides, and other related materials as needed.
  • Maintain registrar for support spares (In - out).
  • Any others task assigned by management.

Experience Required:

  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, IT Enabled Service
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Smart, presentable, and excellent communication skills
  • Mailing communication
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting skills

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
